I am a semi-retired realtor who has worked in the greater Twin Cities area and suburbs for the past 30 years. I will come to your home once a week, and cook the week's meals in your own kitchen, and shop for the food for you — or with you, if you like to have an outing to your favorite grocery store with my help. While the food is cooking, I'll get the laundry washed, dried, and folded. I'll sit with you and have a conversation, play a game, do some art, or just sit and talk while these things are going on in the house — including getting the kitchen cleaned up and the dishes put away.

Founding-client offer: the first five families get the Core Weekly Visit at $99/week for the first two months. Neighbors within 10 minutes of each other each save $10/week. Groceries are always purchased with your budget and itemized receipts.
I come by for 30 minutes, free and easy. We walk through the kitchen, talk about favorite foods and routines, and just get to know each other.
A one-page agreement, your emergency contacts, dietary needs, and where everything lives. Your family can join by phone from anywhere.
Same day, same time, and it's me at the door. Menu approved the week before, groceries handled, meals made and labeled, house tidier than I found it.
After every visit the family gets a short note: what was cooked, what got done, and anything I noticed. Simple monthly invoicing, and family members can pay from anywhere.

Neither exactly. It's personal household help built around a weekly visit: cooking, laundry, errands, and companionship from the same person every week. I don't provide medical or personal care — and if your needs ever grow into that, I'll help your family find a great licensed agency.
No — and honestly, that's on purpose. Keeping the work non-medical is how I keep it personal. Everything around the kitchen and household, though, is fair game.
You do — with your budget and your preferences. Groceries are purchased with your card (or reimbursed with itemized receipts) so you always control the food in your home.
Absolutely — many do. Simple monthly invoices can go to any family member, and recurring payment can be set up by card or bank transfer.

Life happens — 24 hours' notice and the week is simply not billed. Vacations and hospital stays are no problem.
